The Handbook
Everything the game does, in plain English. If the app and this page ever disagree, this page wins.
The loop
- You buy $COMPANY. That's it — buying is joining. You're drafted into one of six companies, permanently for the season.
- Every trade pays a 3% tax — buys and sells alike. The tax builds the pot, in ETH.
- Every 15 minutes a shift closes. Companies are scored on how their people behaved — and on the real stock's performance.
- Every holder gets paid every shift: the winning company's holders split half the pot in the winner's tokenized stock, and everyone else splits 35% — paid in their own company's stock.
- A season (one fiscal year) is 15 shifts of 15 minutes each — under four hours start to finish. The remaining 15% of each pot is held as the ops reserve that funds Earnings Call double pots, gas, and slippage buffers.
The draft
Your company is derived from your wallet, the published season salt, and the hash of the block containing your first buy:
team = keccak256(wallet ‖ seasonSalt ‖ blockhash(firstBuyBlock)) % 6Unpredictable when you hit send, verifiable by anyone afterwards. No transaction beyond the buy itself. Below, check any wallet's assignment yourself.

Scoring — 100 points a shift
| Category | Weight | What it measures |
|---|---|---|
| Diamond Hands | 30 | Share of your company's supply held by wallets that sold nothing this shift. |
| Net Inflow | 25 | ETH bought minus ETH sold by your company's members. Sells hurt in proportion to how much of the position was dumped — trimming 5% barely registers, nuking the bag hurts everyone. |
| Tenure | 15 | How long members have held, √-damped so one ancient whale can't carry it. |
| Headcount | 15 | New hires drafted this shift (buys of 0.005 ETH+ count, √-damped on size). |
| The Ticker | 15 | The real stock's price change over the shift, from its Chainlink feed. Your team's actual stock going up actually wins you money. |
When the market is closed (feeds run 24/5), The Ticker freezes and its 15 points move into Diamond Hands (which becomes 45). Overnight and weekend shifts are pure conviction contests. The floor says so when it happens.
Modifiers
- Underdog: +8% points per shift since your company last won, capped at +40%. Losing streaks end.
- Streak Tax: two wins in a row costs you −10% on the third. Dynasties are boring.
- Employee of the Shift: the top contributor in the winning company takes 5% off the top.
Market Events
At season start we publish a hash for every shift of the season — 15 sealed envelopes. Each seed is revealed when its shift begins — so events are known before anyone acts, and provably weren't picked to suit us. About 4 shifts get one:
- Hostile Takeover — last place wins the pot.
- Merger — two companies pool points and split pay.
- Short Squeeze — one company's Net Inflow counts double.
- Stock Split — Headcount jumps to 40 points. Recruit.
- Audit — Diamond Hands jumps to 55. Don't blink.
Getting paid
- Pot split every shift: 50% to the winning company's holders in the winner's stock · 35% to every other holder, paid in their own company's stock · 15% held as the ops reserve.
- Losing still pays — just less. The consolation pool is shared by all non-winning holders with the same weighting as the winner's pool, so your take depends on your holding, not on which losing team you're on. Winning simply pays better per token held.
- Your payout weight = your time-weighted balance × up to +25% for selling nothing that shift × a tenure multiplier that grows to 1.5×. Buying two minutes before the bell earns two minutes of weight.
- You never claim anything. Payroll is direct deposit: the winning company's stock is pushed to every holder's wallet on-chain, moments after the bell. No connection, no transaction, no gas from you. (If a deposit to a contract wallet fails, it retries within the hour — and a permissionless claim exists as a backstop, so your paycheck is yours even if we vanish.)
- Shifts 5, 10 and 15 are Earnings Calls: double pot (funded from the season reserve, best-effort — the ledger shows exactly what was added).
- If a swap can't fill safely: Payroll is delayed. Your pot rolls into the next shift — nothing is lost.
- Sell everything and you're fired: off the roster, tenure gone, re-drafted if you return.
Read this before you play
- Stock Tokens are securities — tokenized debt obligations issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited that track a stock's price. They give economic exposure only: no ownership, no votes, no dividend rights in the underlying company.
- Where you live matters. Users in the US, Canada, UK, Switzerland and the UAE cannot buy Stock Tokens through Robinhood. You can hold and receive them on-chain, but your ways to sell may be limited. If that's you, understand what you'd be receiving before you play.
- This game is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Robinhood, any listed company, or any issuer. Ticker symbols are used descriptively. The mascots are original characters.
- Payouts are a game mechanic — not a dividend, not yield, not an investment return. Nothing here is financial advice. Events and mechanics run as published; no payout is guaranteed.
